This thoughtful design not only benefits the environment, but also creates a more comfortable and sustainable living or working environment for students.
The building has been carefully designed to benefit from the use of a second glazing on the southern facade, as this type of glazing actively reduces heat ingress and ingress.

To fully enhance the prevention of heat and light from entering, shaded areas were designed above the glass, in addition to the use of weapons and reflective glass to provide shade and beauty on the facade.

The overall site has been significantly improved by the addition of green areas and gardens, which have become a new-age metropolis and a rest stop for Sowar.

Palms and trees were planted throughout different periods to effectively exploit light and energy, which contributes to improving the surrounding environment and making it more sustainable and sustainable.
